• Brief – Large lockable Bali Style Pavilion with kitchen and bathroom with all the facilities to spend the day by the pool with the children without the need to go back to the house.
• Pavilion Size – 9.0m x 5.0m Pole to Pole, 11.0m x 7.0m Grass Line. Bathroom Pavilion – 3.0m x 3.0m pole to pole cut into roof line of main pavilion with grass line of 5.0m x 4.0m. Total roof surface area = 135 sqm.  Pavilions on 200x200mm Hardwood Poles, laminated beams for extra support and strength for stacker and bi-fold doors.
• Deck – Extensive decking under pavilion and around pool area – approximately 140 sqm with various levels to add to the over all look. Deck built with treated pine substructure with a Merbau hardwood top and finished with 3 coats of Sikkens decking oil.
• Main Pavilion and Bathroom Pavilion with stud walls to incorporate a wall of kitchen appliance and Plasma TV. Walls include louvred windows to allow the breezes to flow through.
• Bathroom Pavilion finished with tiles and shower, hand basin and toilet facilities.
• Finished structures delighted the clients with space and style to spend their time with the children on hot summer days.
