• Brief – to build a large outdoor room for year round use
• Pavilion Size – 10.0m x 10.0m Pole to Pole, 11.5m x  11.5 Grass Line, with rendered Besa brick columns (to match house) with 200x200mm hardwood poles stirrups to top of columns. Two sides of pavilion to attached to covered patio. Roof surface area =  175sqm
• Deck under pavilion (to grass line) approx 130sqm Yellow Balau top with treated pine substructure.
• Include bespoke wet bar with bar-fridge and sink.
• Later addition of BBQ pavilion (4.0m x 4.0m pole to pole) connected to main pavilion (behind bar) with box gutter to collect water run off.
• Additional Day Bed Pavilion in garden for those afternoon naps on a balmy day.
