• Pavilion Size – 4.0m x 4.0m Pole to Pole, 5.5m x 5.5m Grass Line. Square Poles 200x200mm Cyprus Pine. Roof Area = 41 sqm
• Deck under pavilion to grass line with built in seating and board walk total area of 45 sqm. Deck built with treated pine substructure on glavanised stirrups with a Merbau hardwood top, hand drilled and hand nailed and stained with 3 coats of Sikkens Decking Oil.
• End result a large stylish pavilion with modern straight lines.
